Use invitations, not shared passwords
Each person should use their own Didiserv identity. This gives the platform a clearer audit trail and makes it possible to remove access without changing the primary account password.
Before inviting someone
- Confirm they should have access to this business.
- Choose the narrowest role that lets them do their work.
- Remove or reduce access when their responsibilities change.
