User roles and permissions
Understand why different Didiserv users can see and do different things.
Access follows responsibility
Clients, internal operators, reviewers, administrators, and practitioners do not need identical access. Didiserv should grant access based on the role and the business or task a person is authorised to work on.
What to do if access looks wrong
- 1
Do not work around the issue by sharing another person’s login.
- 2
Capture the page or task where the access is wrong.
- 3
Contact support and identify the affected business and user.
Still not resolved?
Bring the affected business, task, payment, or integration context with you so support can diagnose the real issue instead of starting from a generic description.
