How the compliance calendar works

Learn what creates an obligation, why dates can change, and how to use the calendar as an action list.

Applies to: Businesses with a Didiserv compliance profileReviewed 2026-08-15

Where calendar items come from

Didiserv uses the business facts available in your profile and the rules attached to supported compliance obligations to determine which items are relevant. Some items can only be created accurately once registration status, financial year-end, payroll status, or another dependency is confirmed.

Use the calendar as a work queue

  • Open overdue or high-risk items first.
  • Check whether the obligation is waiting for information, documents, bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll output, or practitioner review.
  • Do not treat a green-looking dashboard alone as proof that a filing was submitted; use the task evidence and completion record.

Still not resolved?

Bring the affected business, task, payment, or integration context with you so support can diagnose the real issue instead of starting from a generic description.
