What happens after I request a service?

See the normal Didiserv flow from request and scope confirmation through preparation, review, and completion.

The normal workflow

  1. 1

Didiserv records the requested service against your business and creates or links the relevant work item.

  2. 2

The scope and dependencies are checked before substantive work begins.

  3. 3

You provide the documents or information needed for the task.

  4. 4

The assigned operator or practitioner prepares the work where applicable.

  5. 5

Required review and approval steps are completed.

  6. 6

The task is closed only when the Didiserv workflow and required completion evidence are satisfied.

If extra work is discovered

A guide price assumes the stated scope and reasonably clean inputs. Backlog, missing records, reconciliations, corrections, or prerequisite work can change the final scope. Didiserv should surface that before charging for additional work rather than silently expanding the engagement.
