Terms of Service
These terms apply to Didiserv compliance tracker plans, top-up compliance nodes, marketplace task execution and AI-assisted features.
Plans and trials
Lifecycle plans provide access to the compliance tracker, alerts, risk monitoring, and recommendations. A 7-day trial may be started before payment details are added. Access may be restricted if a trial expires without an active payment method.
Top-up nodes
Top-up nodes are optional one-off compliance actions unless a statutory dependency prevents a downstream filing from proceeding. Prices are shown before checkout and may include revenue bands, employee scaling, bookkeeping volume, backlog uplift, or external-data underwriting.
Professional work
Didiserv coordinates work with qualified practitioners. Timeframes are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific task.
AI-assisted features
Didiserv may use artificial intelligence to provide general explanations, navigation, service guidance, summaries and recommendations. AI output is not a binding quote, filing instruction, final tax position, objection ground, legal opinion or substitute for the human review required for material client-specific tax and compliance work. Didiserv may refuse or escalate a request when human review is appropriate.
AI input restrictions
Do not enter government identifiers, tax reference numbers, bank or payment-card details, passwords or access credentials, payroll records, payslips, bank statements, tax returns or other sensitive personal or financial records into the public AI chat. Use the secure document or human-review workflow where those records are required.
Authoritative platform records
Canonical pricing, compliance status, evidence, task state and authorised submissions come from Didiserv platform records and approved workflows, not from free-form AI output. If AI text conflicts with an authoritative platform record or a confirmed practitioner instruction, the authoritative record or confirmed instruction prevails.
Payments
Payments are securely processed by Paystack. Didiserv does not store raw card details. VAT is added where applicable and invoices are issued for paid transactions.
Client responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. Incorrect or missing records can delay filings or change the final scope.
Data protection
Business and personal information is processed for compliance, accounting, tax, marketplace fulfilment and permitted AI-assisted purposes in line with POPIA and applicable retention duties. See the Privacy Policy for the public AI data-minimisation controls.
